Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform QA/QC on contract and PO documentation, verifying cost coding, template usage, and clarity/completeness of commercial terms and attachments.
  • •Log and register incoming contracts/PO requests in a tracking system, including required metadata, unique reference numbers, and version control, and run periodic audits.
  • •Coordinate contract review with Legal teams by tracking review status, managing feedback and redlines with project stakeholders, and escalating overdue/unresolved items.
  • •Route approved contracts/POs to PartnerOps for execution, track signature/PO issuance/system activation, and ensure confirmations are communicated back and reflected in tracking systems.
  • •Maintain end-to-end contract/PO status dashboards, and after execution verify correct filing, cross-reference to cost codes/WBS/budget items, and reconcile values in the cost management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • •CPM, CPSM, or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility (preferred).
  • •Ability to exercise judgment from analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and math skills.
