Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver Product Strategy and Delivery for institutional products and programs (VIP, market maker, fund management tools).
  • •Manage the institutional client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, coordinating with Sales/BD and Relationship Management.
  • •Gather and prioritize product and client requirements using data-driven analysis; translate pain points into roadmap priorities with clear business impact.
  • •Work with engineering, risk, and product teams to drive technical and financial product requirements, ensuring end-to-end risk management and operational workflows.
  • •Develop and track financial and non-financial KPIs to align with the firm’s strategy and measure impact of product features.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record engaging directly with institutional clients and translating pain points into product roadmap priorities in a B2B environment.
