Job Summary

Senior Product Manager/Director focused on growing OKX’s institutional client base through VIP programs, market maker incentives, and credit/lending products. Key Responsibilities

•Define and deliver Product Strategy and Delivery for institutional products and programs (VIP, market maker, fund management tools).
•Manage the institutional client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, coordinating with Sales/BD and Relationship Management.
•Gather and prioritize product and client requirements using data-driven analysis; translate pain points into roadmap priorities with clear business impact.
•Work with engineering, risk, and product teams to drive technical and financial product requirements, ensuring end-to-end risk management and operational workflows.
•Develop and track financial and non-financial KPIs to align with the firm’s strategy and measure impact of product features.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record engaging directly with institutional clients and translating pain points into product roadmap priorities in a B2B environment.
•Experience with institutional credit products (e.g., VIP Loan, Credit Line, delayed settlement) is preferred.
•Ability to think logically, work in a team, and communicate effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or a related discipline.
•Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and the ability to build business cases with clear ROI.
