Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GTM Engineering team and support/enhance the existing team of GTM engineers.
  • •Own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organization, deciding what to build vs. buy.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for automation and AI within GTM, including guidance on LLM usage and human-in-the-loop agency.
  • •Build production-level automations (e.g., using n8n) and ensure adoption through documentation, best practices, and feedback loops.
  • •Improve GTM analytics capabilities through understanding the semantic layer and enabling GTM innovation initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Education or significant practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience leading a team and managing software engineers.
  • •5+ years in a technical role such as GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar with focus on GTM, Sales, or Customer Success systems and processes.
  • •Working fluency with LLM-based systems (prompting, agent design, evaluation) and applied ML concepts such as propensity/intent scoring.
  • •Proven track record designing, building, and delivering complex technical solutions and advanced automation workflows in a GTM/customer-facing context.
