Support the Procurement Department Management Team by managing purchase requests, obtaining vendor proposals through RFQs, and coordinating the end-to-end vendor contracting process. Help identify cost-savings opportunities by analyzing side-by-side proposals and maintaining accurate year-over-year spend data. Research and evaluate vendors, communicate professionally (often by phone), and partner with accounting to facilitate vendor setup and payments. This hybrid role supports festival production across remote settings, office time, and on-site event work.
