Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily production operations at the McIntosh site, ensuring process safety, environmental compliance, quality, and efficiency.
  • •Lead and provide guidance to Shift Supervisors, Maintenance Coordinator, and Operators; set clear performance expectations.
  • •Resolve process issues impacting safety, quality, production, or efficiency in coordination with Technical and Maintenance leaders.
  • •Support supply chain by manufacturing products on time, in full, and to agreed quality.
  • •Champion incident/near-miss reporting and investigations using 5-why or root cause methodology, and implement 6S housekeeping and Zero Harm practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • •7+ years of leadership experience managing production lines.
  • •Experience in chemical manufacturing; knowledge of Process Safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
