Key Responsibilities

  • •Agree drawing strategy, type, size, and drawing numbering with project engineers and suggest drawing production methods to ensure efficient working.
  • •Develop and model building elements using structural drawings/PDFs or hand drafts in Revit.
  • •Create and manage 3D reinforcement models in Revit, including specifications and bar bending schedules.
  • •Set up Automation/Dynamo activities and establish BIM models to project standards while liaising with client-side model managers.
  • •Work with a small team to execute projects and assist the CAD/BIM manager in estimation and costing; prepare detailed/design structure drawings based on work priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience working on projects independently and as part of a project team.
  • •Knowledge of structural and architecture outlook disciplines.
  • •Proficiency in Revit environment, including Steel, Concrete, Point cloud, Pre-cast, and Cast in situ working models.
  • •Experience in 3D reinforcement Revit structures modeling with specifications and bar bending schedules.
  • •Good working knowledge of Revit Structures (latest versions) and the ability to use standard functions without senior support while coaching junior staff.
