Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary business and technology owner for enterprise authentication services and drive product roadmaps aligned to security strategy and business objectives.
•Own and oversee authentication and access technologies including ZTNA solutions, enterprise VPN platforms, federated identity/SSO, MFA, customer authentication, and NAC/policy enforcement.
•Drive operational excellence by improving reliability, performance, service availability, and leading incident reduction with proactive problem management.
•Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics; implement automation to reduce operational overhead and improve efficiency.
•Manage staffing, resource allocation, budget planning/forecasting, vendor management, and ensure security, risk, and compliance (e.g., PCI).

•Experience managing authentication and access technologies such as MFA, SSO, federated identity, VPN/Zero Trust, and network access control systems.
