Director of Agency Management

Build and operate Fora’s agency business, starting with onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption for net-new and newly graduated agencies. Define positioning and go-to-market with Sales, create the repeatable onboarding playbook, and close gaps across training, tools, supplier partnerships, and community. Over time, lead an agency portfolio with General Managers reporting in, owning agency P&L, hiring and coaching leaders, and tracking performance and growth.
