Job Summary

Drive insurance and wealth-product expertise within International Wealth and Premier Banking by conducting product training, leading client education events, and supporting relationship managers (RMs) with technical guidance. Follow a needs-based sales process to deliver outstanding client experiences, act as a second point of contact for specific insurance products, and complete insurance-related transactions. Conduct portfolio and policy reviews to assess suitability, market/regulatory impacts, manage risks, and coach RMs.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct product training to support new product launches and lead client education events to improve financial-market and solution knowledge.
•Follow a needs-based sales process and provide clients with a meaningful, consistent wealth experience.
•Support relationship managers to broaden and deepen client relationships and improve the quality of needs fulfilled for target clients.
•Provide advanced technical insurance/product expertise, act as a second point of contact for specific products, and complete insurance transactions for clients with insurance needs.
•Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs to assess suitability, evaluate market/regulatory change impacts, identify opportunities, and manage risks.

Key Requirements

•Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
•Ability to deliver strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
•Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and regulatory requirements.
•Extensive awareness of market conditions and new product solutions.
•Solid skills to manage a consultative sales process and a solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards.
