Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a consistent pipeline of exclusive, off-diary reporting on Asia-Pacific real estate and infrastructure fund managers.
  • •Produce proprietary, forward-looking, actionable intelligence that adds value to subscribers.
  • •Pitch and write trend stories and longer-form analysis explaining developments shaping the industry.
  • •Build and maintain a strong network of sources across the real estate and infrastructure ecosystem and monitor market and competitor activity.
  • •Collaborate with editorial colleagues and Data & Insights teams; represent the organization through interviews and industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years’ experience covering financial services, asset management, or private markets in reporting and/or editing roles.
  • •Experience covering real estate, infrastructure, or alternative investments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to generate exclusive stories and build a strong network of industry contacts.
  • •Strong interviewing, source-development, and relationship-building skills.
  • •A university degree is essential; postgraduate journalism qualification is preferred.
