Job Summary

Deliver exclusive, forward-looking reporting on Asia-Pacific real estate and infrastructure private markets, helping subscribers spot opportunities and stay ahead of market developments. Build and maintain a strong source network with senior industry participants, pitch and write trend stories and deeper analysis, and contribute to a coordinated global editorial strategy. Collaborate with Data & Insights teams, represent the organization at industry events, and develop deep expertise across fundraising, investment strategies, performance trends, and manager activity.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a consistent pipeline of exclusive, off-diary reporting on Asia-Pacific real estate and infrastructure fund managers.
•Produce proprietary, forward-looking, actionable intelligence that adds value to subscribers.
•Pitch and write trend stories and longer-form analysis explaining developments shaping the industry.
•Build and maintain a strong network of sources across the real estate and infrastructure ecosystem and monitor market and competitor activity.
•Collaborate with editorial colleagues and Data & Insights teams; represent the organization through interviews and industry events.

Key Requirements

•At least five years’ experience covering financial services, asset management, or private markets in reporting and/or editing roles.
•Experience covering real estate, infrastructure, or alternative investments.

•A university degree is essential; postgraduate journalism qualification is preferred.
