Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, complete repairs, and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service work, notify the service advisor when work changes or cannot be completed within the promised time, and document work performed.
  • •Road-test vehicles when required (or refer to the test technician) and ensure the customer vehicle is not used for personal errands.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training/classes, keep up with technical bulletins, maintain a clean shop area, and follow all safety and hazardous-waste disposal regulations.

Key Requirements
