Operations Processor 5

Provide production support across multiple operational teams, executing routine tasks in various operational systems. Handle activities such as payment transaction or claim processing, data entry, archiving, researching, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal partners, external customers, and vendors. Research exceptions, resolve issues through data interpretation, and escalate problems to management when needed. May recommend and implement processing improvements while meeting physical and time management requirements.
