Job Summary

Lead automation strategy and execution for complex engineering and operational workflows, shaping how infrastructure is designed, delivered, and operated across Western Canada and beyond. You’ll design and implement automation solutions, translate business needs into scalable roadmaps, and champion continuous improvement through scripting, system integration, and intelligent automation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate new tools and technologies, and mentor others while supporting governance, standards, and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,100 - 179,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading automation initiatives in engineering, energy, and oil and gas environments.
•Hands-on background with automation tools and system integration (e.g., Rockwell, ABB, DeltaV, Siemens).
•Experience delivering outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
•Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and practical execution.
•Track record mentoring others and influencing adoption of new ways of working.
