Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake pre-contract cost estimating and budgeting activities, providing accurate cost advice for project planning and decision-making.
  • •Ensure effective cost management service delivery from pre-contract to construction completion.
  • •Support the Commission Manager by taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
  • •Provide excellent service delivery to clients, gain their trust, and enhance the team’s reputation.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience on major Infrastructure or Aviation programs within a cost consultancy environment.
  • •Solid pre-contract experience from feasibility through tendering, including cost planning and estimating civil and MEP works.
  • •Ability to demonstrate experience working in a high-pressure, busy project environment within a client setting.
  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • •Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in similar roles; professional membership (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage.
