Dynamic leader directing the CEAI team to partner with AMD customers and internal teams across APAC, guiding architecture, platform development, validation, production support, and post-deployment activities for AMD data center products and Enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the CEAI customer engineering team to engage with partners and cross-functional teams on AMD EPYC and Enterprise AI solutions.
•Augment customer solutions with technical collateral, such as application notes, user guides, and reference designs to enable end-to-end customer enablement.
•Engage directly with partners and internal teams on technical topics and steer multi-party discussions to convergence.
•Develop customer-specific solutions with full product-cycle technical support, feasibility verification, and project management throughout development.
•Coordinate on-time delivery of engineering project deliverables into customer development projects and drive highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 3,748,150 - 5,354,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Ideal candidates will have a BS or MS in Electronic Engineering.
•20+ years of experience in the computing industry (CSP, OEM, ODM or technology provider).
•10+ years of experience in team managing and delivering programs.
•Product development experience with strong knowledge in Server architecture, x86 processors, DDR, PCIe, RAS, and/or system management.
•Ability to influence across multiple internal functions and communicate effectively across a matrix organization.
