•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and shipping performance.
•Improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction through seller service and related components.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above.
•2-5 years of ecommerce experience, with direct experience in relevant categories preferred.
•Proficiency in English and Thai.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
•Strong connections with brands and big sellers; team player with fast learning and adaptability.
