Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership, technical direction, coordination, and management of highway projects.
  • •Act as the principal technical and managerial interface with the client, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • •Lead and supervise highway project activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, contract conditions, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes and guidelines.
  • •Manage and coordinate Construction Supervision/Independent Engineer (IE) services and review construction methodologies, work programmes, progress, quality assurance, material testing, and site compliance for major multi-lane projects.
  • •Lead project preparation (DPR, feasibility studies, designs, estimates, tender documents), oversee O&M planning and service-level compliance, and produce/review technical and progress reports while mentoring the technical team.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • •Total professional experience of at least 12 years in handling highway projects.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience as Team Leader/Project Manager (or similar) in highway development projects.
  • •Experience as Team Leader/Project Manager (or similar) for at least two construction supervision/Independent Engineer projects involving 4/6/8-laning (40% of project length or more).
  • •Experience as Team Leader/Project Manager (or similar) in operation and maintenance of major highway projects involving 4/6/8-laning (40% of project length or more).
