Site Acquisition Manager

Lead end-to-end site acquisition for telecom network expansion, overseeing property identification, assessments, ground lease negotiation, permitting, and contract administration. Manage and develop the Site Acquisition team while coordinating with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Legal, Engineering) and external partners (landlords, contractors, regulators) to meet timelines, budgets, and governance requirements. Ensure ongoing legal compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and report progress, risks, and performance to management.
