Job Summary

Build and execute strategic partnership strategy for SyntheticFi across the wealth management ecosystem. You’ll develop and manage relationships with custodians, TAMPs, asset managers, WealthTech/Fintech platforms, and other enterprise partners, leading key discussions and negotiations. Working closely with company leadership, you’ll help strengthen the product, improve operational processes, expand distribution, and drive growth through long-term, high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute SyntheticFi’s strategic partnership strategy in collaboration with leadership to scale long-term partnership efforts.
•Build and manage strategic relationships with custodians, TAMPs, enterprise partners, asset managers, and WealthTech/Fintech companies.
•Lead discussions and negotiations with large enterprise organizations as the primary liaison for key strategic partners.
•Strengthen the product and improve operational processes through partnership-driven initiatives.
•Expand SyntheticFi’s presence across the wealth management ecosystem to drive company growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience (Director/VP/MD or above) in enterprise relationship management, business development, or closely related work in WealthTech/AdvisorTech/asset management, or at least 3 years with direct strategic partnerships experience.
•Demonstrated success building, negotiating, and managing complex enterprise partnerships with large financial institutions and senior executive stakeholders.
•Strong strategic judgment to identify and execute partnerships that create long-term value across product, operations, market position, and company growth.
•Experience owning a major product category, partnership portfolio, enterprise distribution channel, business line, or comparable function with broad responsibility across multiple partner types.
•Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
