Principal Program Manager, Research & Insights Operations

Lead the evolution of Research Operations toward an AI-enabled model that scales how research is run and how participants are recruited and managed. Build repeatable mechanisms, operational processes, and tooling, translating ambiguous research needs into structured program plans. Own participant pipeline health metrics, analyze telemetry and CRM/sales data to find sourcing opportunities, and coordinate across internal teams and executive stakeholders to align research operations with business objectives.
