Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to the Sales organization, providing financial guidance and actionable insights.
  • •Partner with Sales leadership and Operations to develop headcount plans aligned with sales targets and business needs.
  • •Own operating expense planning and forecasting for Sales, focusing on personnel costs and discretionary spend.
  • •Own the ACV forecast by tracking bookings, analyzing pipeline trends and business drivers, and reporting performance by segment and region.
  • •Support month-end close by analyzing actuals, investigating variances, and delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting and insights against plan.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.

  • •Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • •Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite is a plus.
