Key Responsibilities

•Operate construction equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes) safely and efficiently across job sites.

•Adhere to daily assignments from the Foreman and meet project expectations.
•Perform minor maintenance, complete daily equipment inspections, and maintain required documentation.
•Help train less-experienced team members and maintain regular, reliable attendance.

Key Requirements

•Operate heavy and complex construction equipment efficiently and safely.

•Minimum age 18 and willingness to complete pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
