Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Korea brand vision and strategy aligned with global priorities, including annual and long-range plan and brand growth initiatives.
  • •Increase brand awareness with KOL and digital media, and drive new exposures on digital platforms.
  • •Collaborate with retail and e-commerce to acquire new customers, improve loyalty, and implement omni-channel clienteling strategies.
  • •Lead campaign planning, orchestration, and performance tracking, including KPIs and in-campaign optimizations.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain a small marketing team, and foster a workplace culture reflecting Coach values.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 13 years of marketing and communications experience, ideally in fashion or related industries.
  • •Strong brand building capabilities including strategy, audience insight/segmentation, storytelling/messaging, and digital & social media expertise.
  • •Proven experience developing comprehensive strategy for global brands and collaborating effectively with cross-functional internal and external partners.
  • •Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and plan initiatives with a strategic mindset.
  • •Excellent English and Korean written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and initiative.
