  • •Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives supporting the long-term objectives of the FE Materials organization.
  • •Translate business strategies into executable roadmaps, program plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish program governance frameworks, execution processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment while managing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and organizational barriers.
  • •Lead initiatives for AI adoption, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and digital transformation, including organizational change management and executive steering/communications.

Key Requirements
