Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach an ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks that incorporate current trends and promotions based on customer needs.
  • •Promote the Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and escalate elevated issues with store management.
  • •Perform cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards and compliance.
