Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and communicate long-term vision, goals, and multi-quarter roadmap for assigned shared technology platforms, aligned to enterprise objectives.
  • •Partner with engineering, security, data, operations, and product teams to resolve dependencies, reduce integration friction, and set direction.
  • •Prioritize platform features by business impact, reliability, and developer experience, balancing speed, cost, and quality.
  • •Ensure platforms comply with security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards; own governance for APIs, developer experience, standards, and compliance.
  • •Build, coach, and lead platform product managers and cross-functional contributors; drive OKRs and track adoption, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •12+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, transformation, product management, technology, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of experience managing teams (typically 7 years managing teams, and 15+ years total experience).
  • •Experience planning and executing long-term platform strategies, including executive communication and defining product direction.
  • •Deep understanding of APIs, tooling, developer workflows, and cloud infrastructure in regulated environments (security, privacy, and compliance).
