•Lead major water-sector pursuits, including capture strategy, win themes, proposal messaging, and fee strategies.
•Strengthen and expand relationships with key municipal, state, and federal water-sector clients and serve as a Client Account Manager.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership.

•Professional engineering licensure in Texas or equivalent credential.
•Knowledge of water infrastructure funding programs (state and federal) and capital project delivery models.
