Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and custom application procedures.
  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations and monitor/maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Regulate and support periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment (legs, conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, trucks, etc.).
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed while maintaining environmental and safety policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license preferred, with forklift certification preferred.
