Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive multi-year digital platform and channels strategy for Securities Services aligned to client needs and regulatory expectations.
  • •Lead Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) by building and running a reusable platform service model with shared components, APIs, workflow modules, entitlements patterns, and audit/controls tooling.
  • •Refine institutional client digital journeys (servicing, enquiries, entitlements, reporting, instruction preparation/submission) with measurable improvements in usability, reliability, and journey analytics.
  • •Deliver digital onboarding and lifecycle servicing improvements, reducing exceptions via integrations and automation, including data capture, document handling, approvals, and auditability.
  • •Lead transaction capture delivery for secure digital initiation/validation, embed controls and exception handling, integrate with CRM/case management tooling, and translate outcomes into epics/user stories with governance of roadmap milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading digital platforms and channels at enterprise scale across web/mobile, APIs/integration patterns, identity/entitlements, and servicing/transaction workflows.
  • •Strong Securities Services domain experience (e.g., custody, fund services, clearing, collateral, asset servicing, cash interfaces) and understanding of client operating models and instruction workflows.
  • •Proven experience building or operating Platform-as-a-Service capabilities with reusable services/components, standards/guardrails, and SLO/SLA thinking.
  • •Track record delivering complex cross-functional change in regulated environments across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Compliance.
  • •Experience delivering digital onboarding and/or transaction initiation/capture with embedded controls, audit requirements, and risk management.
