Key Responsibilities

  • •Migration Wave Execution: Drive the end-to-end migration lifecycle for application portfolios (Assessment, Planning, Build, Migration, Cutover, and Hypercare).
  • •Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and align business stakeholders, Application Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the managed cloud partner to ensure seamless execution.
  • •Governance & Reporting: Maintain light but highly effective project governance, including progress reporting, risk mitigation, and swift issue escalation.
  • •Migration Factory Alignment: Execute migration waves using a structured "migration factory" model, applying the right strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Redeploy) per application profile.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •CloudMigration expertise with proven track record in large-scale cloud migrations, with strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
  • •Deep understanding of Migration Factory models and cloud transformation pathways (Rehost / Replatform / Redeploy)
  • •Experience in enterprise, large-scale corporate infrastructures undergoing digital transformation
  • •Nice-to-have: FinOps (Cloud Cost Optimization) and Platform Engineering principles
  • •Fluent English and mobility within Europe, with occasional travel to France (Paris and Marseille)
