Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide navigation and leadership to meet Intel yield objectives.
  • •Organize and present process parameter summaries to LTD engineering teams.
  • •Partner with TD Integration, Yield, and Module engineers to drive root-cause understanding for critical process parameters.
  • •Develop and qualify process fixes, then ramp to manufacturing volumes while transferring technology via Copy Exactly methodology.
  • •Hold teams and collaborators accountable for quality through TMIs and FTs, and role-model a culture of trust, collaboration, safety, accountability, and excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant fields (e.g., Computer/Data Science, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering, Optics, Chemistry) with 4+ years of engineering industry experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD.
  • •Hands-on experimental research experience in relevant domains.
  • •1+ year experience with materials characterization (SEM, TEM), materials fabrication/synthesis, metrology, and statistical/data analysis tools (MATLAB, Excel, JMP).
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor processing fundamentals (e.g., lithography, wet/dry etch, chemical/mechanical polishing), semiconductor/transistor device physics, and design of experiments.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
