Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze incentive plan designs and structures, including performance measures, payout mechanics, and participant/performance data, to identify trends, relationships, and potential risks.
  • •Develop understanding of incentive compensation plans, third-party plans, business strategies, and corporate risk programs, applying quantitative and qualitative techniques.
  • •Produce high-quality data modeling and analysis and translate complex results into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • •Communicate findings to senior leaders and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making across the enterprise.
  • •Partner with colleagues across IT, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and others to drive improvement and implementation monitoring.

Salary: USD 101,100 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or currently obtaining it by the scheduled start date).
  • •Strong quantitative orientation with proven decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics.
  • •Experience evaluating incentive compensation plan designs (preferred: 1+ years).
  • •Experience with SQL querying and statistical model building (preferred: 1+ years).
