Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the architecture and delivery of production agent capabilities, balancing speed with enterprise reliability, security, and observability.
  • •Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver production-grade software systems for agent capabilities at scale.
  • •Write maintainable, well-tested code across services, APIs, and data layers, and design secure orchestration patterns for agent integration into workflows.
  • •Build and maintain shared system context (constraints, guardrails, and standards), drive GA readiness by defining criteria and de-risking architecture gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software development experience, including architecting and shipping agent-based systems in production.
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and API/service design.
  • •Deep OOP knowledge and proficiency in at least one OOP language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python).
  • •Experience building scalable, secure backend services with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and REST/GraphQL API design.
  • •Proven production experience with agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling patterns, and LLM integration, plus enterprise reliability/security/observability practices.
