Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for all onsite IT activities and consult with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff to resolve problems.
  • •Coordinate and perform operation and/or maintenance for networks/servers; identify recurring problems and recommend steps to reduce severity or frequency.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment; identify, analyze, and repair product failures, and order/replace parts as needed.
  • •Support on-call troubleshooting via the ServiceNow ticketing system and interact with network services/software systems to restore service or identify core problems.
  • •Perform routine maintenance including hardware configuration changes and OS patching/upgrades via SCCM; support VPN/Citrix user applications and onsite training, asset inventory, and disposal preparation.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0-2 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •US Citizen.
  • •High degree of technical proficiency.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • •Obtain and hold required certifications including A+, ITIL Foundation, HDI, and one of Security+, Network+, or Server+ within six months of hire (Public Trust clearance required).
