Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit/separation formalities.
  • •Maintain accurate employee master data, personnel records, and HR letter issuance via HRMS/HRIS with zero-error accuracy.
  • •Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely filings, remittances, registers, notice boards, and audit readiness (including POSH coordination).
  • •Partner with government authorities, auditors, and consultants to handle inspections, filings, clarifications, and closure of audit observations.
  • •Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports, leveraging Excel and BI tools to analyze KPIs and support workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • •5–8 years of progressive HR Operations experience with strong statutory compliance and HR analytics ownership.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable labour law compliances.
  • •Experience building HR dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools; knowledge of HRMS platforms (preferably Workday).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills with accuracy, integrity, and ownership of sensitive data.
