Construction Manager (QA)

Oversee and coordinate construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Own cost controls, cost planning, commercial management, value engineering, and contract administration, while supporting risk identification and tendering. Help drive HSE initiatives, incident reporting, and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.
