Job Summary

Plan, build, and execute DFT verification for new and existing features in AMD’s graphics processor IP, ensuring robust, bug-free designs for next-generation Zen-architecture CPU cores. Own pre-silicon verification testplans, develop directed and random tests, write SystemVerilog and C/C++ models and test libraries, debug regressions, and review functional and code coverage metrics. Provide post-silicon ATE and system-level debug support while collaborating across engineering and firmware teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute pre-silicon verification testplans for DFT features of next-generation Zen-architecture CPU cores.
•Develop directed and random verification tests to validate DFT functionality.
•Verify DFT design blocks/subsystems using complex SystemVerilog or C++ verification environments, including building SV and C/C++ models and test sequence libraries.
•Debug regression test failures, identify root causes, and work with RTL and firmware engineers to resolve defects and test issues.
•Review functional and code coverage metrics and modify/add tests to meet coverage requirements; provide post-silicon ATE and system-level debug support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,186,520 - 3,123,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficient in IP/SoC-level ASIC verification and debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools.
•Hands-on experience with UVM testbenches and the SystemVerilog language.
•Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog plus C and C++, including building models and test sequence libraries for simulation.
•Ability to develop directed and random verification tests and validate DFT functionality across design blocks and subsystems.
•Familiarity with UVM verification frameworks and flows, and scripting/automation (Perl, Ruby, Makefile, shell preferred).
