Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees involved in production and/or operation functions (assembly, inspection, test, and final test) for manufacturing of capital equipment and components.
  • •Prioritize and execute production schedules using available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Support operational meetings, performance metrics tracking, milestone meetings, and cycle-time improvement.
  • •Ensure timely response to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction; drive conformance to customer/vendor requirements and initiate corrective actions based on cost of quality analyses.
  • •Oversee EHS prevention of accidents/injuries, ensure department training compliance (including Environmental, Health and Safety), and implement Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.
