Manager II, Operations Management ( Weekend Day Shift)

Supervise production and operations teams supporting manufacturing of capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components through assembly, inspection, and final test. Own production planning priorities, cycle time and performance metrics, and lead milestone meetings. Act as an interface for customer/vendor requirements, drive cost-of-quality improvements, and ensure strong EHS practices and employee training. Coach and develop team members while optimizing production capacity and improving processes through Lean, Safety, and Quality.
