Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain Workplace Security Architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures; drive Zero Trust adoption across workplace technologies and services.
  • •Design secure solutions for endpoint protection, device management, and remote access, and govern security controls across Microsoft 365 and workplace services.
  • •Integrate and govern identity services including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO; lead data protection initiatives such as DLP and Information Protection.
  • •Maintain workplace security policies, standards, and technical baselines; support risk assessments, exception management, and architecture review processes.
  • •Advise IT, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams with security architectures, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Workplace Security, Endpoint Security, EUC Security, or Information Security Architecture.
  • •Experience designing enterprise-scale workplace security solutions in large multi-country environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft security for workplace: Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and Microsoft 365 Security (Purview, DLP, Defender for Office 365).
  • •Hands-on experience with Zero Trust and secure remote access architectures (including SASE/SSE), plus vulnerability/patch management and application control.
  • •Familiarity with security governance and standards such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR; fluent English.
