Job Summary

Support a relationship team by partnering with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters on commercial credit commitments under $10 million. Create prospect/client pitch materials, lead or participate in due diligence, and manage lending workflow through Salesforce and nCino. Perform credit analysis tasks (including ROE), review memos and loan documentation for accuracy, and help ensure portfolio reviews and data integrity. Assist with training other Commercial Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters as a deal team member for credit commitments under $10 million.
•Create pitch materials for prospects and/or clients and support client due diligence.
•Review loan requests under $10 million to determine required business documents and financial statements; collect and upload items to Salesforce via the secure document collection portal.
•Complete lending analysis tasks such as requesting/reviewing financial statement spreads and preparing Return on Equity (ROE) analysis.
•Enter and manage loan requests/renewals/modifications in nCino, review credit approval memos and loan documentation for accuracy, and support portfolio data integrity and credit surveillance updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (required).
•2 years of commercial banking experience, including credit structuring & analysis, risk assessment, and commercial banking products (required).
•2 years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis (required).
•Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals (required).
•Ability to manage stress and competing priorities (required).
