Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the MPD Packaging team in optimizing formulas, packaging, materials and processes to improve production efficiency.
  • •Contribute to the implementation of new materials and formulas within the factory, collaborating with operations and suppliers.
  • •Investigate and resolve material-related issues and quality concerns to ensure performance of products.
  • •Assist in the management of chronic losses related to packaging to develop innovative corrective actions.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to develop your skills and contribute to site projects.
