Key Responsibilities

•Lead architectural discussions with Dell teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive product design excellence and readiness.
•Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
•Manage vendor and technical partner relationships and coordinate subsystem integration across compute, networking, storage, power, cooling, and rack-solution designs.
•Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution while ensuring highest quality standards.
•Design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures with proven experience designing solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.
•Exceptional leadership skills to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to deliver outstanding results.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
