Job Summary

Lead AI-enabled transformation of Delivery Hero’s IT Service Delivery domain across Europe and APAC, embedding AI into service desk, applications, and hardware asset management. Define KPIs, roll out AI-powered tools, manage change with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, measurable improvements in ticket deflection, resolution time, and user satisfaction within a large, multi-brand enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify where AI can replace manual effort, reduce ticket volume, or improve resolution time and implement it.
•Drive service improvement across Local IT SD, Global Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, and Hardware Asset Management using ITIL practices and data.
•Build or oversee AI-powered tools, automations, and self-service solutions to reduce friction for end users and the team.
•Manage change across the domain with plans, stakeholder maps, and success metrics for every rollout or platform update.
•Define and own KPIs across the domain (ticket deflection, first-contact resolution, SLA/OLA adherence, AI adoption, user satisfaction).

Key Requirements

•6+ years in technical product management, service management, or IT operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
•Proven ability to learn and apply AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Copilot) and to build, automate, and prototype AI solutions.
•Solid ITIL foundation and AI governance mindset with incident, problem, and change management experience.
•Experience across enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, or similar) as a practitioner who improves things, not just administers them.
•Strong communication skills capable of aligning a CTO and a service desk team within a short timeframe.
