Help customers through the full process, including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, while providing clear, honest information. Maintain accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, and uphold CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements—supported by paid training and mentorship.
