Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure the project aligns with strategic goals and delivers in the right direction.
  • •Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our Global SDLC Dashboard platform.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • •Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions for long-term maintainability.
  • •Act as a first point of contact for teams to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate environment preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience with proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of leading successful IT projects.
  • •Strong backend development skills in building data aggregation pipelines, RESTful APIs, and integration services using Java with Spring Boot (company core stack), Kotlin, Go or Python. Experience with DevOps metrics platforms, ETL processes, and API integrations with GitHub, Jira, and other DevOps tools.
  • •Proficient in relational database design and optimization with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including data modeling for DevOps metrics and analytics workloads. NoSQL such as mongoDB is a plus.
  • •Expertise in frontend development using Angular with TypeScript (core stack) or React/Vue.js, plus HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for dashboards and data visualization.
  • •Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes/Docker), CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Familiarity with observability/analytics platforms (Grafana, Power BI, Dynatrace).
