Senior Metallurgist, Accounting & Strategic Planning

Provide continuous metallurgical accounting and process-based reporting to support short- and medium-term production planning and forecasting. Generate annual budget, 5-year, and LOM plans with accurate reconciliations by balancing critical process streams from crusher feed to concentrate shipments. Integrate new equipment into mass balancing and reporting systems, manage plant sampling for monthly reconciliations, troubleshoot circuit performance, and collaborate with mining, geology, and finance stakeholders while developing reports and procedures for knowledge transfer.
