  • •Provide in-house legal advice and manage a wide range of disputes across the organization, including complex regulatory and employment matters.
  • •Collaborate with and direct outside counsel to align litigation strategy with company legal objectives and risk management goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of litigation experience in-house, at a law firm and/or with the government.
  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
