Job Summary

Serve as a client-facing expert to shape and optimize global benefits provisions across international markets. You’ll manage benefits vendors and commercial coverage, handle complex cross-border escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Legal. Build a self-serve knowledge repository, train internal teams, and run webinars/AMA sessions. Continuously improve delivery workflows and use AI/automation to scale country-specific benefits documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor global benefits trends and multi-regional regulatory shifts to keep offerings competitive and compliant.
•Partner with benefits brokers and vendors to maximize coverage and minimize costs; source and implement new vendors.
•Resolve complex international benefits escalations and advise customers and internal teams on benefits provisions.
•Build and maintain self-serve documentation (guides/FAQs) and train internal teams through webinars and live AMAs.
•Audit and refine benefits delivery workflows, analyze ticket data for systemic friction, and scale documentation using AI/automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of global benefits experience, including international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.
•Hands-on cross-country experience navigating statutory requirements and local market norms across multiple regions.
•Strong foundational knowledge of international fringe benefits tax (FBT) and how country-specific choices affect employee/employer tax liabilities.
•Experience running QBRs and building vendor scorecards while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
•Fluent English and excellent communication/presentation skills, including translating complex benefits terminology into clear advice.
