Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate the team of Brand Advocates to deliver consistent customer experiences.
  • •Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, and provide ongoing training, feedback, and development.
  • •Manage expenses and shrink, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory through accurate shipping/receiving/stockroom practices.
