Key Responsibilities

•Lead hands-on analytics implementation and governance of digital analytics across KFC’s websites, mobile apps, and digital ordering platforms.
•Ensure consistent, accurate, and privacy-compliant data collection that enables global and market-level teams to optimize customer journeys, media effectiveness, personalization, and brand performance.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement analytics standards, data layers, and CDP/CRM integrations.
•Manage tagging infrastructure and partnerships with tag management platforms to support measurement and attribution across regions.
•Provide documentation, training, and enablement for regional digital teams to sustain global measurement capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
•3+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics and MarTech implementation, including strong GA4 expertise.
•Deep understanding of event-based tracking models and structured data layers.
•Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
